GENERAL CONDITIONS – HOTEL

 Room availability, check-in :  SUR RENDEZ-VOUS / ON APPOINTMENT ONLY

Departure, key return, check-out :  10:00 am

Pool and room access is reserved exclusively for hotel guests

Free private shaded parking

Pets are not allowed.

Payment methods: bank cheques, transfers, cash, bank cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa)

BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Booking:

Any booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total stay, if longer than 3 nights.

For stays of 3 nights or fewer, the full amount is charged.

Cancellation:

Any cancellation must be notified in writing, by email or by post.

WHATEVER THE REASON, THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WILL APPLY; NO SPECIAL REQUEST OR POSTPONEMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED

Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge.

From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit.

Less than 15 days / no-show / early departure: the Hotel will charge the full stay as compensation.
